The Employees
The kind of people that work in these sweatshops are immigrants in need of money. Most of these either come from a poor family or it could be that their economy is in need of money and does not have any money to help it out and the people as well. The typical sweatshop worker is a women, immigrant and even a child. Its bad enough that the employees of these shops treat their adult workers very badly, now they have also treat little minors the same way they treat the adult, low pay, long work hours and dangerous work conditions.

It is very sad by the fact that these employees are working under desperate conditions for money. Illegal immigrants tend to be the wide variety that employers hire to work in sweatshops. These sweatshops are a violation of constitutional rights, but the fact that these employees are immigrants won't be able to give them any constitutional rights whatsoever. Lets hope that the U.S government would soon deal with this and end the corruption within these sweatshops.
